3. If the cost of the frame is less than N$1000 the balance will be forfeited. If the cost of the frame is more than N$1000, the balance will need to be paid in cash or submitted to Medical aid.
4. If a medical aid offers a frame benefit, the customer’s frame benefit will increase by N$1000.
5. “GET TESTED” refers to a comprehensive eye test.
